In this session you analyze your communication style, identify your tendencies, and learn how to communicate in a way so that people truly hear your message. Then analyze your ability to listen. Listening is a severely overlooked leadership skill. This training explores your current listening habits and helps you identify and practice using new strategies to better connect when listening.
