Mid Michigan College continues to revolutionize technical education and fuel regional growth. A significant renovation of the Morey Technical Education Center, located on the Mt. Pleasant Campus, was recently completed in November 2025.

Project Overview

This project upgraded the Morey Technical Education Center to meet Industry 4.0 standards, addressing the urgent need for skilled professionals and shaping our community’s future.

Since opening in 2015, the Morey Technical Education Center has been pivotal in training local students for high-demand careers. With a $2.5M state grant and an additional $500,000 raised through a fundraising campaign, the College expanded facilities to enhance training opportunities and better serve students and the community.
