By branding spaces, adding wall displays, improving lighting, and other aesthetic upgrades, the College promotes school pride, fosters a sense of belonging, and reflects its commitment to providing a high-quality experience. The Harrison Campus Welding Lab renovation and expansion is underway, ensuring students from throughout Clare and Gladwin counties have access to the latest equipment and training. Equipping classrooms with the latest CAD and related software continues to ensure students have access to industry-standard tools, enabling them to build skills and prepare for today's design-focused and manufacturing careers.
Mid's Health Sciences Programs, including Nursing, Radiography, Physical Therapist Assistant, Medical Assistant, and more, prepare students to meet today's demanding healthcare standards. Upgrades to our Health Science Labs, including advanced simulation equipment, will ensure students train in environments that reflect real-world settings. Mid Michigan College continues to revolutionize technical education and fuel regional growth. A significant renovation of the Morey Technical Education Center, located on the Mt. Pleasant Campus, was recently completed in November 2025. Since opening in 2015, the Morey Technical Education Center has been pivotal in training local students for high-demand careers. With a $2.5M state grant and an additional $500,000 raised through a fundraising campaign, the College expanded facilities to enhance training opportunities and better serve students and the community.
