Mid's Help Desk provides support to students, faculty, and staff who are experiencing technical difficulties, building issues, or just have a question they do not know how to answer. Hours of Operation
The Help Desk is open 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays and other College closures. If for some reason you are unable to contact a Help Desk team member, leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

- The Mt. Pleasant Help Desk is located in CLAB 318.
- The Harrison Help Desk is located in Room 143.
When submitting your ticket request
Unless your query is time-sensitive, the best way to contact us is by creating a ticket using our online form. When you create your ticket be sure to include
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Your full name and location.
- A phone number if you wish to be called.
- Any other necessary information that will help us answer your question.
