Submitting a Report

Mid strongly encourages anyone who experiences or observes any acts of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other prohibited conduct to promptly report the incident(s) and seek assistance from the College.  The College can only take corrective action when it becomes aware of a problem. 

Reports may be submitted as follows

1. By visiting the MidCares Reporting webpage and selecting the Report Form that most accurately reflects the concern/complaint being submitted. While access to the MidCares Reporting page is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, submission may not be reviewed outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or during College holidays.  If there is immediate risk to health or safety, contact 911
2. Contacting Campus Security
