This simple guide helps you set up, and or edit a PIN in Self-Service. This will allow Mid staff to discuss non-directory-related questions over the phone with you once you have the PIN set up completed for your account.

To set up a PIN

Navigate to Self-Service

Click on either “User Options” or the username in the top right corner.

Select “Student Records Release

Once on this screen, click Add Person/Relationship

The student will input their own information in the fields, and choose “Self” as Relationship, and an easily identifiable PIN.

Once you have added the new relationship, it will look like this:

If you ever change your mind on what you would like shared over the phone, you can edit access or details.
