The College will promptly respond to reports of alleged sexual harassment against a person in the United States, in a manner that is not deliberately indifferent to the actual knowledge of harassment in its education program or activity. The College will treat the Complainant and Respondent equitably, provide non-punitive supportive measures to either party, and provide reasonably prompt time frames for the conclusion of the grievance process.
The Parties will be afforded equal rights under the College’s Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy as well as the Rights outlined in the Complainant and Respondent’s Rights under the College’s Campus Non Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
