Institutional Research at Mid
Institutional Research (IR) supports the operations of Mid Michigan College through the collection, analysis, interpretation, and effective dissemination of data. The Director of Institutional Research, with expertise in data-driven, decision-making processes, delivers well-founded reports and visually striking presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Mid's Institutional Research team approaches research in following ways.

- Reporting agencies’ compliance regulations

- Qualitative data longitudinal efforts
- Survey design, development, and distribution
- Ad hoc departmental data requests
- Serves on relevant committees
- Acts as the liaison between college, state, and national entities regarding research and data

The Institutional Research team honors the Code of Ethics of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and the Professional Practices outlined in the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR).
