Documentary Screening Series: Coded Bias

Presented by Mid's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action (IDEA) Committee. All documentary screenings are free and everyone is welcome to attend.

December is International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the documentary Coded Bias is being featured. The film follows researcher Joy Buolamwini as she uncovers bias in facial recognition technology and explores its implications for minorities in housing, employment, healthcare, and the legal system.
