Students will gain foundational martial skills that can be applied to any martial arts system.
Classes will run Monday & Wednesday from 5:30pm-7pm on January 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29, February 3, 5, 10,12, 17, & 19, 2025.
They will develop basic self-defense techniques, along with improvements in flexibility, stamina, strength, and mindfulness.
The series includes joint locking, kicking, striking, and throwing techniques, which will be drilled to ensure they can be quickly and effectively used in self-defense situations.
This dynamic series provides a fun and engaging experience with practical real-world applications that anyone can learn.
The series is open to everyone, whether you have no martial arts training or have been practicing for years—there is something in it for everyone.
