Constructed in 2008, the Doan was the first building constructed on the Mt. Pleasant Campus. It houses state-of-the-art Nursing and Physical Therapist Assistant skills labs, modernized science labs, and several classrooms and lecture halls.
Connecting the Herbert D. Doan Center (DOAN) and the Center for Liberal Arts & Business (CLAB), the CSS, constructed in 2011, houses the Mid Mentors, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Admissions, Registration & Records, Safety & Security, and the Bookstore.
Completed in 2014, the CLAB includes classrooms and faculty offices for liberal arts, business, and technology, a 300-person-capacity community room, and Mid’s Library & Learning Services, which includes the Writing & Reading Center, Communication Lab, Science Center, Math Lab, and Testing Center.
Completed in 2015, this facility houses welding, CAD, and Advanced Manufacturing skills labs and includes flexible spaces that offer a range of Short-Term Trainings in trade and technical areas. The Small Business Development Center, a regional resource for current and aspiring entrepreneurs, is also located here.
